Ashley Fogarty, M.Ed.
Director of Partner Success
Ashley Fogarty is an experienced special educator and administrator based in Saratoga Springs, New York, where she lives with her husband, Patrick, and their daughter, Cora.
Since beginning her career in 2005, most of Ashley’s career has been based in Massachusetts, with a short hiatus to New York City. Ashley has taught and led in diverse educational settings across New York and Massachusetts, including Framingham Public Schools, Uncommon Schools in New York City, and UP Education Network—a small network of Horace Mann charter schools in Boston and Lawrence—where she served as Director of Student Services. Her roles have spanned from middle and high school special education teacher to team chair at multiple grade levels, including early education and pre-K.
In addition to her work with The Blume Method, Ashley proudly serves on the Saratoga Springs City School District Board of Education. After years of implementing and admiring Allan Blume’s data-driven practices from afar, Ashley finally had the opportunity to collaborate with him while working in Plymouth. This experience sparked the idea for the Blume Method App in 2023 when she half-jokingly suggested he “clone himself.”
