With a doctorate in Organizational Leadership and advanced graduate work in Educational Leadership and Policy, Eric blends deep systems knowledge with hands-on expertise in driving meaningful change across districts and departments.
Throughout his career as a school and district administrator, Eric has led transformative work that brings coherence to complex systems that align vision, operations, and culture to strengthen how schools support both students and staff. His approach centers on clarity, collaboration, and courageous decision-making to build the conditions where sustainable improvement can take hold and thrive.
At The Blume Method, Eric plays a key role in shaping the organization’s vision for growth and impact. He helps design and lead the frameworks, tools, and professional learning systems that make compliance efficient, leadership sustainable, and schools safer and more supportive for every learner. He is also the author of Safe to Learn and Don’t Run, and co-author of Pathways for Support, which together explore how courageous, human-centered leadership can drive meaningful change in education.
