Rory O'Neill

Rory is a software engineer and product architect with over a decade of experience building scalable, user-focused software across fintech and education. Before co-founding The Blume Method, he worked as a Frontend Engineer at Syndic8 and held technical roles at State Street and Boston Consulting Group. At Blume, Rory leads platform design and development—translating educator feedback into intuitive, efficient solutions that simplify special education program management. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Technological University Dublin.
